CalFresh recipients may notice a temporary delay in new benefit deposits this month. Existing CalFresh funds remain available for use as normal.

If additional food support is needed, several local food distribution programs and pantries continue to operate throughout the High Desert region.

How to Access Food Resources


VESD Meals (No-Cost Student Meals)

  • All Victor Elementary School District students receive breakfast and lunch at no cost every school day.
  • Breakfast is served approximately 40 minutes before school begins to help students start the day ready to learn.
